How to Onboard as a Builder and submit your first request

To sign up, make your way to our website and click the sign up button. You will be promoted with a sign up screen shown below. Fill out all the required data and click submit!

From there you will receive an email to verify that your email domain matches your website. If you do not have a matching domain reach out to Serious People to verify manually.

Once verified you will gain access to Serious AMM! Welcome aboard 👋

The first screen you will see is the Request Dashboard. Here you can submit requests for any services that do not require you to verify your profile.

We highly recommend finishing your account by submitting the verification request as soon as you sign up. This will allow you to access ALL modules, instead of having some modules locked until verification is completed. Verification is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Click on the 'Verify Profile' button underneath your logo

Complete the verification questions and submit them. Serious People will then review your verification in the order they are received. Once verified you will get a notification and have all modules unlocked!

After verification, the next step is to submit your first service request. Click on the service module for the request you are seeking on the Requests tab. From there you will be prompted to fill out a handful of questions specific to your reqeust. The Service Provider will be able to see everything, so be detailed!

Once you have filled out the required information, click submit and your service request will be matched with Service Providers. In the meantime you can see your open request on the Matches tab.

You can cancel your request up until we make your first match. If the red 'x' is not available, that means your request is already being viewed by a Service Provider. Once a Service Provider accepts your request, the request will move to the Discussion tab.

Review the provider and decide if you also want to work with them. If so, join the Telegram group chat by clicking the Telegram link. If not, click the red 'x' instead to close out the opportunity.

If you click the red 'x' you will no longer be able to talk to that provider nor will you be able to re-engage with them. You are closing that opportunity.

For best results, add our bot as a contact on telegram so you can be auto added to group chats.

Discuss the opportunity with the provider, and when you officially engage click the 'Mark Engaged' button in the same discussion tab. That will move the request to the Engaged tab as shown below.

You can use this page to view your payment info, deal terms, and supporting documents (whether it be for legal use or just for clarity).

To add any payment details click the '+' icon next to payment info. The Service Provider can upload the deal terms and supporting documents, ask them to upload so everyone can clearly see what was agreed to!

Once the engagement is complete, either party can mark the deal as completed by clicking the 'Mark Complete' button on the request. That will move the request to the Complete tab.

All that's left is to leave a review and wait for the Service Provider to do the same. Neither party can see the others review until both parties have submitted, so no fear in going first!
